Free To Think is a safe space for honest thoughts, healing, and the emotions we all carry but don't always express. It's about embracing your true self on this beautiful journey called life. By expressing my thoughts and relatable life experiences, I engage in open conversations about life, love, self-awareness, mindfulness, and healing. My hope is that you feel a little less alone and a little more understood, and that you permit yourself to think freely, feel deeply, and grow gently in love.

The ocean reminds me that even the waves that retreat eventually find their way back home.
Some of the deepest conversations I'll ever have are the ones I have with myself. After years of having these intense, soul-transforming conversations with myself and those closest to me, and through the continuous journey of learning and unlearning through life, I feel ready and unafraid to share my thoughts with the world.
This is my passion. This is my purpose.
My hope is that through sharing my heart, just one person feels seen, understood, and a little less alone in their journey.
One thing I've learned is that as much as we are unique human beings, we are also the same in so many ways. We share experiences that connect us, shape us, break us, heal us, and remind us that we are never truly alone.
Welcome to Free To Think, a space where I share my thoughts on life, healing, growth, love, self-awareness, and the journey of becoming.
Eckhart Tolle

I discovered *A New Earth* through Oprah’s Book Club, and it has become one of the most healing books I’ve ever read, especially in my journey toward mental wellness. Eckhart Tolle has a remarkable ability to speak directly to the soul, reminding us that peace, awareness, and purpose have always existed within us; we just forgot how to listen. This book has helped me shed layers of ego and the need to prove, please, or control. Instead, I am now moving through life with a deeper understanding of who I truly am, creating a safe space for my growth and healing.
Every page feels like a conversation with my higher self, one that softens me, grounds me, and opens my heart to grace. It teaches us how to rise above the noise, live in the present, and align our lives with a quiet, divine purpose that already exists within us. Learning to embrace mindfulness and healing, *A New Earth* is one of those books that doesn’t just inspire you; it transforms you, making it essential for anyone on a selflove journey. For those interested, more insights and discussions about this transformative book will be coming soon on my selflove blog.

If you’ve ever loved deeply, lost intensely, or longed to find freedom within your own story, this one’s for you. In All the Way to the River: Love, Loss, and Liberation, Elizabeth Gilbert opens her heart wide, sharing a tender and honest journey through love, grief, and the quiet rebirth that follows. This book is a profound exploration of mental wellness, focusing on holding on, letting go, and finding liberation in truth. It’s a must-read for anyone on a path toward healing, providing a safe space for reflection on relatable experiences. Gilbert reminds us that healing isn’t about escaping pain; it’s about walking through it and discovering self-love on the other side. As mindfulness and healing become more essential in our lives, this book stands out as a guide for anyone learning to free themselves through love. Coming soon: a selflove blog that will delve deeper into these themes.
